Q: What is your favorite thing to do on the weekend or a day off?
A: My favorite thing to do on the weekends is hanging with my husband and our twin girls (Abby & Bella)! We love the park, going to lunch, or taking a walk together! I also love to read and snuggle with our cats (Brady and Giselle).
Q: What is your favorite Barre move?
A: Squats!
Q: What motivates you on days you don’t feel like working out?
A: Sometimes when I'm not feeling 100% I decide to go and really listen to my body. I tell myself I can always drop my weights, lift from a posture or modify if needed. Most of the time, walking through the door is the hardest part and once I'm in it I find myself working hard and pushing myself! I feel better after a little moment and even a modified class feels better than no class at all!
